Practice this week and other info

We are reminding you that practice will be on Tuesday and Wednesday only this week. We will pick up again on Tuesday, January 4th.

Our next meet is Saturday, 1/8/22 at Lake Forest in Felton, DE. The meet will be posted in your swim portal shortly. Please go into your portal and sign your swimmers IN or OUT by the deadline.

Also, the latex caps and the personalized caps are in and we will bring them to practice this week.
